The homeowner called Marshall Exteriors looking to replace some windows and doors. The windows that were in the home were the crank out style windows that the homeowner no longer wanted. Energy efficiency was important to the homeowner when choosing new windows. The homeowner was also looking to get a secure entry door and a new garage door that wouldn’t rot like the current one.
One of Marshall Exteriors Estimators, Dennis, went out and talked with the homeowner about the existing windows and doors. It was decided to move forward with a project that would meet all of the homeowners needs. The Marshall Exteriors window crew installed four new VWD windows. The homeowner chose a couple of different style windows. Two of the windows would become double hung, and the others picture windows. Their front door that was chosen was a Milliken entry door factory painted in a ‘white’ color. The homeowner also chooses to have a new storm door installed. Next to be installed was the new garage door. The homeowner chose an overhead garage door in a matching ‘white’ color. The last item to get installed were the new shutters. Since the old shutters where the same color as the old front door, they decided to change the style and the color of the shutters. They went with a raised panel shutter in ‘white’ to match the color of the new doors.
