Jordan has always called Newark home. Jordan has worked for Marshall Exteriors in the past but left to revel in the opportunity to go on tour with his band. The team at Marshall Exteriors is happy to have him back. Jordan works with a crew that installs windows, doors, sunrooms, awnings, drywall and other construction projects. In his spare time, Jordan likes to play the drums and hang out on the beach.

This once well used laundry room was transformed into an apartment kitchenette to accommodate new use of the space. The Marshall Exteriors expert carpentry crew framed in the walls to create clean lines and doors to separate the room. Plumbing was reorganized for a small sink to be installed. The room now has functionality and is ready for the appliances for this new kitchenette.
This home in Canandaigua got a new look by updating their old windows to Marvin Integrity windows with bronze exterior color. The dual pane windows are Argon gas filled with Low E film on the exterior. These options will help the homeowners keep their energy bills down by protecting the inside of their home from the outside elements.
Four VWD Vinyl 2-Lite Sliders were installed to help keep the inside of the cottage more comfortable. The homeowner chose 2-Lite Sliders because of the size and shape of the opening as well as ease of use!
This once bare framed cottage on the lake is ready for any weather element that comes. The customer chose to have nine (9) Integrity by Marvin Ultrex®Fiberglass windows installed. He chose the Integrity line because of the strength and protection the Fiberglass offers.
After the installation of windows, the home was wrapped in 900 sq. ft of CertainTeed vinyl siding in charcoal grey color. To finish the project, 96 ft. Timbertech Composite Decking was installed. The customer chose the beautiful colors of sandy birch with rustic elm trim with white Kingston railings to accent the colors of the cottage.
The homeowner decided that it was time to replace the drafty windows and wood siding on this 120-year-old home. The first step Marshall Exteriors took to improve the energy efficiency of the home was to replace 9 windows. Once all the windows were in place, the siding crew wrapped the home in 2100 sq. ft. of Alside Prodigy insulated panel siding in ‘midnight blue’ color. The front dormer received insulated cedar impression siding giving the home added curb appeal and protection.
The homeowner was looking to update his Geneva, NY guest house with new windows and siding. The first step Marshall Exteriors took to improve the energy efficiency of the home was to replace 13 windows. Once all the windows were in place, the siding crew wrapped the home in 1920 sq. ft. of Alside Charter Oak vinyl siding in ‘harbor blue’ color. To give depth and texture to this home the gables and dormers received cedar shake impression in ‘cape cod grey’ color and white trim.
These homeowners decided that they wanted to have extra space to sit and enjoy in all four seasons. Marshall Exteriors helped the homeowners find the best sunroom for them with the Betterliving Sunroom. The Marshall Exteriors crew built a 16 x 20 ft. sunroom and TimberTech stairs in a ‘Silver Maple’ color, closing the risers off with the same materials.
Living on a busy street in Waterloo, NY the homeowner needed an entry door that would provide better protection from the elements. A Milliken entry door and custom Provia Deluxe Storm door in 'white' color with nickel finished hardware replaced the old flimsy doors. The doors were expertly installed by the Marshall Exteriors team to provide the security that the family was looking for.
The original Cedar deck was built in 1985. The support beams, made of cedar, began to rot making the deck unsafe. The Marshall Exteriors Crew demolished the existing deck and built a new, safe deck with pressure treated wood. Vinyl Kingston railings were added to enhance the deck visually as well as providing support on the stairway.
The homeowner knew the entry door on his home has past its prime and that it was time to be replaced with a more durable energy efficient door. A Milliken fiberglass entry door with a sidelight in ‘white’ color and brass hardware was chosen. To complete the install, the framing was wrapped in white aluminum giving the door a finished look.
This new basement is clean, dry and ready for enjoyment. Homeowners Michelle & Kevin wanted a space where they could entertain friends and family. With a TBF basement, they now have a whole lot more. Space remains on the other side of the stairs for storage. It was important to still have that. Michelle wanted to make sure that the basement would stay dry and not support mold growth. She didn't expect for the TBF products to look so appealing once installed. She is thrilled to begin decorating her new basement!
The homeowners were ready to update their 1987 home with new vinyl siding. New Marvin Integrity windows replaced the old crank out windows. The Marshall Exteriors siding crew wrapped the home in 2400 sq. ft. of Alside Charter Oak vinyl siding in ‘deep expresso’ color. ‘Vintage wicker’ color trim, fascia and soffits were added to accent the windows, doors, and roof line. To complete the project all new gutters and downspouts were installed to channel water away from the new siding.
The homeowners decided to remove a portion of their deck. With the deck no longer in place there was no need for the sliding door. The first step the Marshall Exteriors window crew took was to remove the bay window and sliding glass door. The next step was to add new framing for the Marvin Integrity double hung windows. Additionally, to bring symmetry to the face of the home the bow window was removed, and a pair of double hung windows were installed in its place.
The homeowners decided they wanted to add a sunroom to their house to enjoy during all four seasons. With the help of the Marshall Exteriors crew, they were able to pick out a Betterliving Sunroom for their home. The crew had installed the 16 x 12 foot sunroom with a gable roof. The crew added solar shade to the sunroom to add an extra layer of protection from the sun and to add privacy to their home.
This homeowner called the experts at Marshall Exteriors to replace their 30-year-old sliding patio doors. The window crew installed 3 new Alside vinyl sliding glass doors in ‘white’ exterior and interior. These new doors will endure years of wear and tear, while protection the home from harsh weather.
These homeowners were looking to replace an old, unsafe door. We replaced it with a brand new door that really increases the security of their home!
The homeowners chose Marshall Exteriors to replaced 25 windows with white Energy Star rated vinyl VWD Double Hungs.
This once leaky, flat porch roof has been brought back to life with the help of the experts at Marshall Exteriors. The failing 500 sq. ft. of roofing materials were removed and the structure of the roof was rebuilt using appropriate materials. To aid the channeling of the water off the roof, new drip edge, flashing, downspouts, and seamless gutters were installed. To bring the porch ceiling back to life, all of the existing wood was removed. The structure was reframed and beaded pine stained and polyurethane was installed. New crown molding was added to increase the value and aesthetics of this newly renovated porch.
Because of a leaky roof, this homeowner's bedroom ceiling was stained with water spots and was in need of help from the experts at Marshall Exteriors. After the structure of the roof was rebuilt using appropriate materials, it was time to cut away 156 sq. ft. of the ceiling. Once the drywall ceiling was removed, the crew revealed two more ceilings that needed to be removed before the new insulation and drywall could be installed. To complete the bedroom, a coat of primer and paint was added to the ceiling with crown molding trim.
The brand new VWD windows in this home looked fabulous all by themsleves. But, the homeowner wanted something special. CertainTeed Exterior Crown Molding was applied to 3 windows on this home. With the new crown molding, it’s hard not to notice the home.
These homeowners felt it was time to update the siding on their beautiful Palmyra home. The Marshall Exteriors siding crew wrapped the home in 2232 sq. ft. of Alside Charter Oak vinyl siding in ‘Arbor Green’ color. ‘Adobe Cream’ color trim, fascia and soffits were added to accent the windows, doors, and roof line. Dark Green Louvered shutters give the home stand-out character from the neighboring houses. To complete the project all new gutters and downspouts were installed to channel water away from the new siding.
This homeowner called Marshall Exteriors after a nearby fire caused damage to his home. The first step Team Marshall took was to remove the damaged shingles, siding and windows. New GAF Timberline shingles in ‘grey’ color were installed to match the existing shingles. Next, the crew expertly installed 3 replacement windows and wrapped them in white aluminum trim providing a long-lasting finish. Before installing the new siding, a foam board backing coated the house this will provide an extra layer of insulation and smooth surface for the siding. New Alside siding in ‘glacier white’ color replaced the melted siding with new soffit and fascia to complete the project.
The homeowner contacted Marshall Exteriors to get help in creating a comfortable outdoor living space they could enjoy for many years. The best solution was a new, modern BetterLiving Sunroom. The first step the Marshall Exteriors crew took was to remove the existing deck and install a solid, stronger deck to support the weight of the new sunroom. Next, the crew installed a 12 x 14 foot aluminum interlocking frame that will provide the structural strength of the new room. The insulated roof panels will provide protection against the elements and keep the sunroom at a comfortable temperature. A 14-foot BetterLiving Solar Shade was added to give the homeowners privacy and an extra layer of protection from the sun. Knotty pine boards were added to the ceiling and Pergo flooring underfoot to give a warm cozy feeling that the family can enjoy year-round.
These 20 year old windows had multiple seal failures preventing cleaning and obscuring the view. The new VWD Double Hung windows are easily cleaned, well secured, and expertly installed.

The homeowners called the experts at Marshall Exteriors to help them create a comfortable outdoor space that was "bug free". The best solution for the homeowners was to enclose their existing front porch with a Betterliving Screen Room. The Betterliving system of rooms offers heavy gage-aluminum screens that have increadible visability. The existing porch roof is supported 4 structural columns, two of which are attached directly to the home were installed. These columns were wrapped white durable extruded aluminum. A white 1 3/4 inch thick knee wall was installed surrounding the room. The knee wall is custom designed for its strength and durability. A custom Provia storm door was added to complete this outdoor living space.
The prior windows were single pane allowing for a lot of air to pass through them making the home unnecessarily cold or hot. By installing new VWD 210 Double Hung replacement windows the home gets the protection it deserves. Because all of the windows in the home were not replaced, the windows were trimmed with a metal matching the homes remaining window trim.
The family in this home knew it was time to replace some old drafty windows. In this picture, one of the five windows replaced is shown. The Marshall Exteriors window crew installed a 3-light slider VWD dual pane with grids in the kitchen area of the home. Updating even some of the windows in the home offer long lasting energy efficiency.
To assist in making this home more energy efficient, the homeowners decided to have the 30-year-old windows replaced with VWD Double Hung windows. The new windows are secure in part, by the expert installation by the Marshall Exteriors window crew and by the strength of the new VWD windows.
Updating the drafty windows of this old farm house made a huge impact on the comfort level inside the home. The Marshall Exteriors window crew replaced 23 windows with energy star rated VWD dual panel windows. The new windows received custom wraps in ‘white’ color and colonial contoured interior grids. Once the windows were properly installed it was time to remove the old siding. The Marshall Exteriors siding crew expertly wrapped 2648 sq. ft. of Alside Charter Oak siding in a new, bold, ‘cast iron’ color. To complete the project all new seamless gutters and downspouts were installed to channel water away from the new siding.
