Bill previously worked as the Vice President of a local contracting company where he oversaw all facets of a job. Bill is looking forward to being able to focus his efforts on complete customer satisfaction and working with the crews that are installing the projects.
Bill has lived in the Finger Lakes area his whole life and is raising his beautiful family in Seneca Falls. In his spare time, Bill likes to ride his motorcycle, play guitar, go to concerts and watch his sons play sports. This creative homeowner was looking to convert her storage shed into a “sleeping cabin” for her beloved grandkids. She called the experts at Marshall Exteriors to help transform her once storage shed into a cabin. The Marshall Exteriors carpentry crew began by building in a frame on the portion of the shed that the lawnmower was parked. The rest of the structure needed framing in the interior to hold the walls, flooring and new VWD windows. A sub floor was also installed to allow for the tile flooring to be laid. After all the framing was complete, insulation covered the walls before the white paneling was installed.The exterior of the shed was wrapped in CertainTeed vinyl siding ‘white’ color, aluminum fascia and vinyl soffits. A Builders Choice entry door was added to the shed which was painted black to suite the color scheme. To complete this sheds transformation into a cabin black shutters and flower boxes were added.
These homeowners were looking to enclose their patio for year-round enjoyment with a new modern Betterliving Sunroom. The Marshall Exteriors carpentry crew installed a 16 x 16 aluminum interlocking frame for structural strength with double pane glass windows, sliding door and transoms. For their beloved dog, a 10”x 16” pet door was installed.
Front porch of this home was deteriorating from old age and rot and the homeowner needed to act fast. The first step the Marshall Exteriors carpentry crew took was to support the existing roof structure then demolish and old porch. A strong sturdy base was constructed and Timbertech deck boards in 'battleship grey' color were installed. A CertainTeed Kingston rail system was secured to the porch. To complete the porch PVC fasica encased the frame and columns. With vinyl lattice skirting the porch has an inviting appeal and is safe for family and friends to enjoy.
After a hail storm passed through Geneva, the homeowners noticed damage to the roof, siding and windows. The Project Estimator, Adam, worked with the homeowner and their insurance company to get the damages covered. The entire house was in need of new siding. The Marshall Exteriors siding crew wrapped the house in 1590 sq. ft. of CertainTeed Mainstreet vinyl siding in 'harbor blue' color. New soffit, fascia and shutters were added to finish the project.
The homeowner decided that it was time to replace the drafty windows and wood siding on this 120-year-old home. The first step Marshall Exteriors took to improve the energy efficiency of the home was to replace 9 windows. Once all the windows were in place, the siding crew wrapped the home in 2100 sq. ft. of Alside Prodigy insulated panel siding in ‘midnight blue’ color. The front dormer received insulated cedar impression siding giving the home added curb appeal and protection.
These homeowners were looking to update the siding on their home with a more aesthetically pleasing color and texture. The Marshall Exteriors siding crew wrapped 1720 sq. ft. of CertainTeed Clapboard style siding in ‘forest green’ color.
