Chad is a 3rd generation carpenter who spent years learning in the field working side by side, with his father and grandfather. Chad owned and operated his own construction company for 10 years. The company was well known for its ability to build homes and additions. Having worked in the building industry for so long, Chad became an expert at all facets of construction. Having the background that he does, Chad is an excellent leader for the project you have decided to have completed in your home. Chad says his favorite part of working in the construction field is that every day he gets to take a pile of materials and create something out of it. In his spare time, Chad enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his two children ages 7 and 4.

These homeowners were looking to enclose their patio for year-round enjoyment with a new modern Betterliving Sunroom. The Marshall Exteriors carpentry crew installed a 16 x 16 aluminum interlocking frame for structural strength with double pane glass windows, sliding door and transoms. For their beloved dog, a 10”x 16” pet door was installed.
Front porch of this home was deteriorating from old age and rot and the homeowner needed to act fast. The first step the Marshall Exteriors carpentry crew took was to support the existing roof structure then demolish and old porch. A strong sturdy base was constructed and Timbertech deck boards in 'battleship grey' color were installed. A CertainTeed Kingston rail system was secured to the porch. To complete the porch PVC fasica encased the frame and columns. With vinyl lattice skirting the porch has an inviting appeal and is safe for family and friends to enjoy.
After a hail storm passed through Geneva, the homeowners noticed damage to the roof, siding and windows. The Project Estimator, Adam, worked with the homeowner and their insurance company to get the damages covered. The entire house was in need of new siding. The Marshall Exteriors siding crew wrapped the house in 1590 sq. ft. of CertainTeed Mainstreet vinyl siding in 'harbor blue' color. New soffit, fascia and shutters were added to finish the project.
The homeowner decided that it was time to replace the drafty windows and wood siding on this 120-year-old home. The first step Marshall Exteriors took to improve the energy efficiency of the home was to replace 9 windows. Once all the windows were in place, the siding crew wrapped the home in 2100 sq. ft. of Alside Prodigy insulated panel siding in ‘midnight blue’ color. The front dormer received insulated cedar impression siding giving the home added curb appeal and protection.
