The homeowners were ready to update their 1987 home with new vinyl siding. New Marvin Integrity windows replaced the old crank out windows. The Marshall Exteriors siding crew wrapped the home in 2400 sq. ft. of Alside Charter Oak vinyl siding in ‘deep expresso’ color. ‘Vintage wicker’ color trim, fascia and soffits were added to accent the windows, doors, and roof line. To complete the project all new gutters and downspouts were installed to channel water away from the new siding.
This homeowner contacted Marshall Exteriors after ice pulled down his gutters, fascia and broke a rear entry door. Adam, the project estimator, worked with the homeowner’s insurance to get these items replaced. First the team installed 64 feet of fascia board with aluminum trim in ‘white’ color. The next step was to replace the 94 feet of gutters and the downspout in ‘white’ color. Finally, a Milliken Entry door took the place of the damaged rear garage entry door.
This homeowner called Marshall Exteriors after a nearby fire caused damage to his home. The first step Team Marshall took was to remove the damaged shingles, siding and windows. New GAF Timberline shingles in ‘grey’ color were installed to match the existing shingles. Next, the crew expertly installed 3 replacement windows and wrapped them in white aluminum trim providing a long-lasting finish. Before installing the new siding, a foam board backing coated the house this will provide an extra layer of insulation and smooth surface for the siding. New Alside siding in ‘glacier white’ color replaced the melted siding with new soffit and fascia to complete the project.
The homeowner contacted Marshall Exteriors to get help in creating a comfortable outdoor living space they could enjoy for many years. The best solution was a new, modern BetterLiving Sunroom. The first step the Marshall Exteriors crew took was to remove the existing deck and install a solid, stronger deck to support the weight of the new sunroom. Next, the crew installed a 12 x 14 foot aluminum interlocking frame that will provide the structural strength of the new room. The insulated roof panels will provide protection against the elements and keep the sunroom at a comfortable temperature. A 14-foot BetterLiving Solar Shade was added to give the homeowners privacy and an extra layer of protection from the sun. Knotty pine boards were added to the ceiling and Pergo flooring underfoot to give a warm cozy feeling that the family can enjoy year-round.
To assist in making this home more energy efficient, the homeowners decided to have the 30-year-old windows replaced with VWD Double Hung windows. The new windows are secure in part, by the expert installation by the Marshall Exteriors window crew and by the strength of the new VWD windows.
After these homeowners discovered that the wood was beginning to rot on their door, they wanted to install a new eye-catching door from Marshall Exteriors. After their free estimate they knew that a Miliken Fiberglass door would last for many years to come. The Marshall Exteriors door crew installed a new Milliken door that had a white interior and “Windsor cherry” exterior. To further protect the new entry door and to seal the home, a Provia storm door was installed.
