Original Cedar deck was built in 1985. The wood, and more importantly the support beams began to rot and made using the deck unsafe. The Marshall Exteriors Crew was able to demolish the existing deck and build this new, safe deck with pressure treated wood. Vinyl Kingston railings were added to enhance the deck visually as well as providing support on the stairway.
These homeowners’ vision for their new space was to add a kitchenet for an apartment in their basement. The Marshall Exteriors carpentry crew expertly framed in a space for the washer, dryer and electric panel using a mold resistant drywall. Three new doors were added for easy access to the laundry and electric panel. The doors were tastefully accented with brass levers. The ceiling received its new 2x2 Prestige drop ceiling. Two recessed LED can lights were installed for beauty and brightness while being energy efficient. The homeowners chose to cover their floor with vinyl in a wood grain pattern for its durability, low maintenance and style.
This homeowner was looking to update their home with stone accent and new siding to give the home’s exterior aesthetically appealing quality. The Marshall Exteriors siding crew wrapped the home with Alside vinyl siding in a Dutch lap profile featureing the ‘coastal sage’ color. White trim highlights the new siding. Stone veneer in ‘ledgestone plum creek’ style gives the home outstanding curb appeal.
The homeowner contacted Marshall Exteriors looking to replace her roof. Because the home is in a Historic District, special code requirements are required to maintain the authenticity of the 1880 house. New GAF Timberline HD shingles in ‘charcoal’ color replaced the existing 1700 sq. ft. of shingles. To further protect their investment, they chose a GAF Lifetime System plus warranty.
