New Sunroom in Honeoye, NY

The family enjoys sitting on their screened-in porch but wanted more. Marshall Exteriors installed a Betterliving 3-season sunroom to give the space new life. The aluminum frame gives strength to the room and the windows allow the beauty while stopping the outdoor weather and bugs from coming in. The homeowners chose to have tongue and groove pine installed on the ceiling with a new ceiling fan. The floor is a luxury vinyl that will stand up to the traffic that this new room will have. To keep the sun out, drop shades were installed above the windows.

A New Sunroom in Honeoye Falls, NY

These homeowners wanted to remove their old deck and replace it with space they could enjoy year-round. Kevin, the Marshall Exteriors project estimator, helped the homeowner chose a Betterliving Sunroom to give them added space and the year-round enjoyment they were looking for. The Marshall Exteriors crew first removed the deck and installed a solid base in the form of a 22’x19’ deck. The new 16’x14’ interlocking frame gave structural strength for the new sunroom. Insulated roof panels, windows, and door will protect the space from outdoor elements and help control the temperature. Knotty pine boards were added to the ceiling to give a warm cozy feeling. To complete the exterior of the sunroom vinyl beadboard skirting was installed with an access panel.
